GETMO Arabia, a leader in digital entertainment in the Middle East & North Africa region, is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Specialist. Formed as a joint venture between the Abu Dhabi Media Company and digital entertainment service provider Arvato Mobile, GETMO aims to create the premiere digital entertainment service for Middle Eastern consumers including music, film/TV, games and mobile fun. In addition to its growing Getmo.ae service, GETMO Arabia counts mobile & broadband operators, device manufacturers, media companies, content owners, and advertisers across the region amongst its clients and partners for a wide range of digital entertainment services for mobile phones, portable devices and PCs.
Customer Care & Operations Specialist
In this post you will be responsible for a relatively broad range of tasks, combining elements of customer relationship management, reporting & data analysis and content management.
From a product perspective you need to understand the general user experience and customer interaction with our services, as well as the various types of content and products for mobile & PC.
You need to be able to manage tasks on web/PC based tools to manage customer care operations and content management tasks.
Involvement in daily operations will be an integral part of your position. You will work closely with clients and content partners and service teams within our organization.
In your new position you will
• Manage Customer Care operations for GETMO’s own and our client’s services in English & Arabic
• Conduct content updates and new site setup on GETMO platform interfaces
• Report on a variety of statistics from GETMO’s services as required by the commercial teams
• Analyze performance of services and identify potential issues or opportunities
• Support service teams in setup & monitoring of new services
• Support testing activities for new services
• Actively contribute ideas for new products & services and operational improvements
And you need to
• Be experienced in customer care, reporting/data analysis or content management
• Be focused on detail and commitment to deliver task & projects within deadlines.
• Work effectively both within a team and on your own.
• Communicate and manage relationships well in English and Arabic.
• Eager to actively contribute in making GETMO and the GETMO team successful
